Watch Artist Robert Ball Shows Game of Thrones Deaths in Illustrations

first_imgStay on target Artist Robert Ball is taking Game of Thrones fans behind the scenes of Beautiful Death, a series that features illustrations of characters’ final moments on the show.The Game of Thrones finale aired in May, however, the series recently shared a video on YouTube featuring Ball and his stunning artwork. From Season 1 to Season 8, Ball captured Iron Throne contenders’ deaths in 74 illustrations, each creatively showing their fate and how they play a role in the greater Westeros power struggle.Right after each episode would end, Ball would illustrate the iconic deaths of each character. From Eddard Stark’s execution to Missandei’s beheading, Ball’s art tells a greater story beyond their fatal incidents through gloomy, yet mesmerizing images. It’s going to take a while to absorb.
